Dear Parents/Carers,

It has been an outdoors week, this week. In the attached newsletter, you can see what we got up to. I hope to see many of you at tomorrow’s May Fair, the PTA have been working so hard to get everything ready, and all money raised will go to making our school even better.

Class Photos

Next Tuesday, is class photo day. Please send children in in their summer uniform, ready to be photographed.

Thank you to everyone who has sent in comments about our relaunched website – – to make it easier to update. It has all been designed and built in-house, and we would welcome any feedback. Do email with any thoughts.

SATs Breakfasts

ISS, who cook our hot dinners, have kindly offered to cover the cost of the SATs breakfasts that Year 6 enjoyed before they did their tests. We are very grateful to them.

Financial Awareness Week May 22nd – 26th

Next week, on Thursday, the Bank of Christ Church School will be open for junior children to deposit money. Children at the juniors will be given application forms next week, for any who want to save with the school bank.
Next Friday, 26th May, will be Enterprise Day, where the children will be learning about buying and selling. In Year 1 and Year 2, the children will have a shop in their classrooms and buy things with pretend money. At the juniors, each class is to be given £10 to invest in a product or activity to sell to the other classes; for this, each junior child will be encouraged to bring in up to £3.
